I am a marathoner. I signed up at Cafe Nutrition to lose weight but mainly to lose some amount of fat. Arati and Sangeeta from Cafe nutrition helped us address this.Their diet is very doable and the best thing about them is that they suggest a diet based on what is already being cooked at home. They don't cut out any food groups be it carbohydrates or fats, but use portion control as a mechanism for fat loss. They even allowed me to eat mangoes as a part of my 'diet' in the summer. Overall, I am very happy with them - I ended up losing about 4 percent of body fat and three kilos while on their diet. I would definitely recommend CAFÉ NUTRITION to anyone looking for a consistent weight and fat loss especially which is maintainable in the long run.
